You get virtually unlimited 1:1 coaching on top of work I do with your team — workshops, meeting observation, mini-trainings, facilitation when the moment calls for it. So we work on the leader, the team, and the system at the same time.

This is for the founder who’s outgrown the coach in monthly sessions container and needs someone fully alongside them in the work.
