Who we are
This site is run by Bushong Performance Systems LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“BPS,” “I,” or “we”). You can reach us at info@bushongperformance.systems.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email, and anything else you type into a form, an inquiry, an assessment, or a booking (like your company, role, or what you’d like help with).
- Booking details. The time you book and the answers to any booking questions.
- Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and what you bought, but never your full card number.
- Client work. If you become a client, the notes, materials, and session details that come with coaching.
- Usage data. Pages you visit, clicks, scrolls, device and browser type, referring site, and approximate location based on your IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools.
Why we collect it
To answer you, book and deliver what you asked for, take payment, send emails you signed up for, understand how the site is used so we can improve it, measure our advertising, and meet legal and tax obligations.
The tools we use
We use a small set of service providers. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job.
- Google Tag Manager loads our analytics and advertising tags.
- Google Analytics 4 measures site traffic and how pages are used.
- Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolls, and page interactions (heatmaps and session replays) so we can see where the site is confusing.
- Meta Pixel measures visits and actions from Facebook and Instagram ads and helps us show ads to people who’ve visited the site.
- FormRobin collects form submissions.
- SendFox stores email subscribers and sends our emails.
- Stripe processes payments.
- TidyCal handles call bookings.
- Senja collects and displays client testimonials.
- Zoom hosts coaching sessions, and Asana hosts the client tracking portal, for clients only.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps it secure, and Google Fonts serves the site’s fonts.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics and advertising tools set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad settings in your Meta ad preferences.
Email and unsubscribing
If you join our list, we’ll email you. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click takes you off the list. You can also email us and we’ll remove you.
We don’t sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, to run the business, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information as long as we need it for the reason we collected it. Email subscriber data stays until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Payment and business records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights and data requests
You can ask to see the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@bushongperformance.systems with your request. We’ll confirm it’s you and respond within the time the law requires. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we’ll honor them.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for adults. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
