The short version

All sales are final. Fees are non-refundable on any program, coaching engagement, workshop, or product, whether you paid in full or chose a monthly plan.

Why I work this way

So this isn’t a finance policy. It’s part of the coaching.

Deciding to start is where the work begins. It’s a hell yes or a hell no, and if you’re in, you’re in. That decision is the filter, and it protects the commitment you’re making to yourself.

What I’ve seen, over and over, is that people make the most progress when they’re challenged, not when the exit is easy. When there’s a back door, the hard weeks become the reason to leave. When there isn’t one, the hard weeks become the work.

What I commit to

• I show up fully, prepared and present, for every session we have.
• I tell you the truth, including the parts that are hard to hear.
• I hold you to what you said you wanted, even on the weeks you’d rather I didn’t.

And I’ll ask the same of you: play full out, and take 100% responsibility for what you create.

Missed sessions

Sessions are where the work happens, so I hold them that way. If you can’t make one, let me know before it starts to request an excused absence. A session missed without a heads-up is forfeited, and showing up late can mean forfeiting it too.

The same goes for the prep. Your pre-session form is due 48 hours before we meet, and your post-session reflection is due within 36 hours after. If those don’t come in, that session (or the next one) can be forfeited. A forfeited session isn’t made up or refunded.

Pausing

Life happens. If something bigger comes up, like a health issue or a family emergency, your coaching package can be postponed for up to six months. A pause moves your remaining sessions later. It doesn’t turn into a refund.

Ending early

Either of us can end a coaching engagement at any time with written notice. So you’re never trapped. But ending early doesn’t turn into a refund either.

Payment plans

If you chose a payment plan, payments are charged automatically to the card on file on the agreed schedule, and the plan can total more than paying in full. If a payment is late, sessions may be postponed until it’s resolved. If payment problems keep happening, I can end the agreement.

The Navigator Crew guarantee

Navigator Crew carries the Double Voyage Guarantee. Attend 6 of your 8 sessions and complete your Chart Pack, and if you finish your 4 months without a clear heading and a completed 90-day sprint, your next 4 months are free. It’s a re-do, not a refund. I keep coaching you until you have it.

Auto-renewing plans

Navigator Crew is a 4-month agreement that renews automatically in 4-month blocks. You can cancel any time before your next renewal date by emailing me at info@bushongperformance.systems. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The block you’re currently in is not refunded, and your seat stays open through the end of it.

Your agreement comes first

If you’ve signed an individual coaching agreement with me, its terms govern wherever they differ from this page.
