Pattern Coaching

We name the patterns that get in your own way and work with them — not just the symptoms they create.

What changes

By the end of 6 months, you’ll have:

  1. A 1-year vision you can describe out loud, in your own words, without thinking about it. (Expanded to a 3-year Vivid Vision when it makes sense.)
  2. An identity map — who you’ve already become and who you need to become to reach the vision.
  3. A Not List. Specific. Written. The things you’ve stopped doing to make room for what matters.
  4. 3–5 outcomes for the next 6–12 months that pull you forward instead of more tasks that scatter you.
  5. A weekly execution rhythm with sprints tied directly to those outcomes. The kind that survives the bad weeks.
  6. Your closest people enrolled in where you’re going. Vision Echo — who, not how.
  7. Pattern recognition. You’ll know at least 2–3 ways you get in your own way. The same patterns won’t run you anymore.

That last one is usually the one nobody promised them. So that’s the work.

If it’s a fit, we review what working together would look like. You decide. Move forward or stay friends. Either way you leave with clarity and a recommended next step.

At no point will you be hard-pitched. Every step is 100% opt-in.

Common questions.

What if money is tight right now?

Tandem is built for leaders for whom this investment is meaningful but not destabilizing. If money is the question, we’ll talk through it on the Partnership Pathways call. There are payment options. There’s also no shame in saying not yet — Open Group Coaching at $250/month is a real on-ramp.

What if I don’t have time?

Most clients say the same thing on day one. Six months in, they say the work created the time — because clarity ended the scattered effort that was eating their week. So we’ll talk about it directly on the Connect Call.

My partner needs to be on board.

Common. I’ll happily join a 15-minute call with you and your partner to answer questions. No pitch. Just clarity.

How do I know if I’m ready?
